Slow flow brings the element of time into the practice. This class allows you to evaluate how and when the poses should be modified, due to physical limitations or limitations in experience. The practice connects breath body awareness with motion of movement. The practice also focuses on flowing with your breath. Music will be paired with movement to provide healing and therapy that have the potential for creating a pretty powerful experience.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat*, then get ready to explore yourself.
It is a small group class with maximum 10 participants.
* Yoga mat is also available in the studio but you can bring your own if you want ;)
