A special workshop to explore body movement in our yoga practice. When we practice yoga, we are shifting into movement that creates a healthy relationship between the body and the mind, where all parts of ourselves are allowed time to become present.
We will practice moving with grace reaching and grasping asana initiated by our limb and senses. This feeling can release a tremendous amount of energy so we are able to do much more with much less. By having this approach, we let stress go from our bodies and mind, and teaches us to handle challenge with ease.
It is the accessible workshop where we learn simple positions in safe and supportive environment.
All you need to do is to bring your body, explore your boundaries, enjoy and have fun!
Instruction is in English.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat *, then get ready to explore yourself.
It is a small group class with maximum 10 participants.
* Yoga mat is also available in the studio but you can bring your own if you want ;)
