Forró is a dance style and musical genre. It is one of the most popular typical dances in Brazil, related to the northeast region that extracted and spread to the country the swing of this rhythm.

The forró can be danced in a mix of various rhythms, stuffed with instruments like the triangle, accordion and zabumba, sometimes being danced with slower songs (xote), sometimes with fast songs, giving possibility for several evolutions and steps.

Forró is a fun dance, and the dancer should manage breathing, balance, posture and also the proximity to his dance partner.
